Frequently Asked Questions
We know that choosing a fleet maintenance partner is an important decision, and we want to make it an easy one. Below you’ll find answers to the questions we hear most often about our services, pricing, scheduling, and more.
Services
We service a wide range of vehicles — from small passenger cars used by sales teams all the way up to large diesel trucks and semi-tractors. Whether your fleet is light-duty, heavy-duty, or a mix of both, our technicians have the experience and equipment to keep them running.
Yes. Our team is experienced with both gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles, including those with air brake systems. Whatever your fleet runs on, we’ve got you covered.
We serve businesses throughout St. Louis and the surrounding areas. Not sure if you’re within our range? Give us a call at (314) 842-3400 and we’ll be happy to confirm.
Yes. We provide emergency service for vehicles down in a secure location, including parking lots, job sites, and residential areas. For safety reasons, we can’t service vehicles on the interstate or in high-traffic roadway situations. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, call us and we’ll work through it with you.
Pricing & Payment
Our labor rates are comparable to traditional shop rates — you’re not paying a premium for the convenience of mobile service. The primary difference is a service call fee, which covers our technician traveling to your location. For many businesses, the time and operational savings far outweigh that cost.
We accept a variety of payment methods to make things easy for your business:
- Cash and check
- Credit card
- Fleet management providers (Enterprise, Holman, Element, and others)
- Extended payment terms through BackPay, including 30-day-plus billing
Questions about a specific arrangement? Our team is glad to discuss options that work for your organization.
Maintenance & Records
Maintenance schedules vary by fleet. Diesel and gasoline vehicles follow different intervals, and equipment with air brake systems has its own requirements. Rather than a one-size-fits-all answer, we work with each client to build a customized preventive maintenance plan that fits their specific fleet and usage patterns.
Yes. After every service we provide digital inspection documentation outlining what was found and what was addressed. Anything that needs future attention is clearly noted, so you always have a clear, documented record of the work performed.
We maintain detailed service records for every vehicle we’ve worked on, organized by VIN. Many clients also use fleet management services such as Enterprise, Holman, or Element, and we coordinate seamlessly with those platforms. Whether you track in-house or through a provider, we keep our records accurate and accessible.
Our Technicians
Our technicians hold a range of certifications and specialized training depending on the services required:
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications
- State safety inspector permits
- JPRO Diagnostics software training
- Cummins Insite engine diagnostics
- Allison Transmission training
We match the right technician to each job, so the person servicing your vehicles always has the expertise to do it right.
