Stable Schedule — Shop team works Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Mobile team hours vary by season, with Tuesday–Saturday options. Part-time Saturday positions are also available for mobile techs, especially in summer.

Current Openings
We’re actively growing our mobile fleet team and always interested in connecting with qualified technicians at all experience levels. We also periodically hire shop technicians, with management and sales roles coming as we grow.
About the Role
You’ll travel to client locations across the St. Louis area to perform diagnostic and general service on a wide range of commercial vehicles, working with a strong, consistent customer base — supported by a team and technology that keep you equipped and connected in the field.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and general maintenance on gas and diesel commercial vehicles
- Execute preventative maintenance programs for fleet clients
- Complete digital inspection reports after every service visit
- Communicate professionally with fleet managers and on-site contacts
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment to Mobile Techs standards
Requirements
- Mid-level to senior experience in automotive or diesel repair preferred
- Demonstrated experience with commercial or fleet vehicles
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong references speaking to technical ability and reliability
- Formal certifications not required — we value hands-on experience and quality references
Preferred
- Diesel technician background
- Experience with fleet maintenance programs or fleet clients
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as JPRO or Cummins Insite
- Willingness to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule
